He holds a Master’s degree in Rural Economics and Sociology from Hanoi University of Agriculture, Trauquy, Gialam, Hanoi, Vietnam. His Bachelor’s degree is in Agricultural Technology and Management from Royal University of Agriculture (RUA).

Mr. Lyhour is in electrical and energy engineering team of BTIC. In addition, he is a Head of the Department of Agricultural Machinery, Faculty of Agricultural Engineering, Royal University of Agriculture of Cambodia where he is responsible for lecturing English program on subjects related to agriculture and renewable energy, supervising students and mechanical workshop activities as well as mobilizing the fund to support the faculty.
