Since 2016, Mr. Lytour has been a Coordinator of Biogas Technology and Information Center (BTIC), while holding his official position as Dean of Faculty of Agricultural Engineering, Royal University of Agriculture. Prior to this position, he was assigned as acting dean of the same faculty. From 2004 to 2014, he was vice-dean of Graduate School, Royal University of Agriculture. Since 2004, he is a lecturer of Graduate School, Faculty of Agronomy, and Faculty of Agricultural Engineering. Beside his academic role, he was also a team Member of Project on Climate Change and Water Governance in Cambodia. And from 2010, he is a member of Education/Marketing Team of Project on Safe Vegetable Production in Cambodia and Vietnam: Developing HARE Network to Enhance Farmer Income, Health and the Local Environment funded by USAID, while holding a position as vice local project manager of JICA grass-root project on Development of Agro-processing Technology through Rehabilitation of Traditional Industry in Cambodia which is jointly implemented by Royal University of Agriculture and International Cooperation Center for Agricultural Education (ICCAE) of Nagoya University. He is also a member of Technical Committee 5 of Institute of Standards of Cambodia, Ministry of Industry and Handicraft, Cambodia.
