The 2-week training course on Commercial Biogas Technology has been completed on 5 July 2018. This training is part of internal capacity building programs for BTIC under the framework of project entitled “Reduction of GHG emission through Promotion of Commercial Biogas Plants” and it was designed to provide comprehensive theories on function and cultivation of methanogens, digestate utilization as well as quality control and management mechanism of biogas systems. Beside theories, the trainees were taught to use various equipment and to conduct experiments in laboratory. The training was hold at the Royal University of Agriculture (RUA), with the participation of 25 participants who are BTIC members, teachers and national experts involved in biogas development. The courses were provided by senior experts from Institute of Biogas Institute of the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Affairs (BIOMA), China.
