Royal University of Agriculture (RUA) warmly hospitalized and welcome the delegates from University of Management and Economic (UME), Battambang, JMAC NGOs, Kumitsu representatives (Japan) and Professor from Ishikawa Prefectural University highly presided by H.E Dr. rector accompanied by BTIC technical team to discuss on biogas plant technology and relevant projects for further cooperation in new upcoming project.
