General Department of Animal Health and Production (GDAPH) is a governmental authority under the supervision of the Ministry of Agriculture, Forestry and Fishery (MAFF) Cambodia. It is responsible for the management of animal health and production. The GDAPH has a vision of “sustainable livestock development ensures food security, food safety, and profitable trade and contributes to national socio-economic growth”. Its mission is to promote good animal health and production practices through effective human resource development, research and extension, policy development and law enforcement, public-private partnerships and communication.
Ministry of Agriculture Forestry and Fisheries is the government ministry of Cambodia that is responsible for governing activities of agriculture, forestry and the fishery industry in Cambodia.
National Council for Sustainable Development was founded in 2015 to improve the coordination of climate change activities in Cambodia and to promote a stronger, comprehensive and effective climate change response, including the preparation of the Cambodian Climate Change Strategic Plan 2014-2023, the Sectoral Climate Change Action Plans and the Climate Change Financing Framework. The Council comprises high-level representatives (Secretaries and Under-Secretaries of State) of concerned government ministries and agencies, with the Prime Minister as its Honorary Chair and the Minister of Environment as its Chair. At national level, Department of Climate Change as the technical national focal point plays an important role as the coordinating body for climate change activities, including information and networking.

BIC will promote transparency and effectiveness in implementing related laws and regulations for private enterprises. With this, BIC will serve as a platform to provide easy access to reliable information for SMEs particularly in areas related legal and regulations including registration and licensing; and business operations such as market opportunities, business development service, access to finance, trainings and networking.

Biogas Institute of Ministry of Agriculture (BIOMA) P. R．China, established in l979, affiliated to the Chinese Academy of Agricultural Sciences (CAAS) and located in Chengdu, Sichuan, has grown into a national-grade professional research institute engaged in scientific research, technical development and training. BIOMA is mainly engaged in the research on basic and applied theory of anaerobic microorganisms, research on biogas fermentation technology and equipment, anaerobic digestion technology of high concentrated organic wastewater and after treatment of anaerobic-digested slurry, disperse anaerobic treatment of urban domestic sewage, desulfurization process of biogas and denitrification and dephosphorization process of wastewater, biogas production and engineering and technology research of combined cooling heating and power system, purification, research and development of related equipment, rural energy, ecological construction technology and research on corresponding policy and comprehensive utilization technology of biomass energy.
